Orders are sent by the Royal Mail Signed For service and the charge for this is £4.95 for 2nd Class (please allow 2-5 working days for this delivery service), or 1st Class which is £5.95 (please allow 1-3 working days for this delivery service).
If you would like your item quicker, then we offer a next day delivery service for £11, this needs to be ordered by 11am for next day delivery.

For overseas shipping please contact us directly. Ozzie & Clementine is unable to calculate local customs and sales tax with all international deliveries. You may be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country and they may apply customs or sales tax which has to be paid before you may receive your goods.
We are sorry if your recent purchase isn't quite what you wanted. If you would like to return something our policy is as follows:
1. You must notify us by email at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order, so we can give you a full refund or exchange the item. If we cannot exchange the item, you will be issued with a credit note.
2. All items must be returned to us unworn, undamaged and unwashed with the sale tag still attached. We reserve the right to refuse any item that is contrary to the above and that we deem not to be in a saleable condition.
3. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit so we ask that you please use a tracked delivery service and attach the correct postage to your parcel. Please also enclose the returns form which can be printed here: returns form
4. Return of Faulty or Incorrect Products. Please contact us immediately if your item(s) are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit on their way to you. Under these circumstances we will refund you the cost of the return postage, as well as the goods and your original postage. The item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
