DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY 

All orders are sent by Royal Mail Second Class Signed For and the charge for this is £4.95. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery.   

If you would like your item quicker, then we offer a next day delivery service for £8.50, this needs to be ordered by 11am for next day delivery.

Due to Covid-19 the delivery times might vary.

For overseas shipping please contact us directly.

Last orders for a guaranteed Christmas delivery must be made by 19th December. 

RETURNS 

We are sorry if your recent purchase isn't quite what you wanted.  If you would like to return something our policy is as follows:

1. Over the festive season, we have extended our returns policy for Christmas. Purchases made between 11th November and 24th December, will be accepted until the 15th January. You must notify us by email so we can give you a full refund or exchange the item. If we cannot exchange the item, you will be issued with a credit note. 

2. All items must be returned to us unworn, undamaged and unwashed with the sale tag still attached.  We reserve the right to refuse any item that is contrary to the above and that we deem not to be in a saleable condition. 

3. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit so we ask that you please use a tracked delivery service and attach the correct postage to your parcel. Please also enclose the returns form which can be printed here: returns form 

4. Return of Faulty or Incorrect Products. Please contact us immediately if your item(s) are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit on their way to you.  Under these circumstances we will refund you the cost of the return postage, as well as the goods and your original postage.  The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
