Orders are sent by the Royal Mail Signed For service and the charge for this is £4.95 for 2nd Class (please allow 2-5 working days for this delivery service), or 1st Class which is £6.50 (please allow 1-3 working days for this delivery service).
If you would like your item quicker, then we offer a next day delivery service for £11, this needs to be ordered by 11am for next day delivery.
Due to Royal Mail strike action the delivery times might vary.

We are sorry if your recent purchase isn't quite what you wanted. If you would like to return something our policy is as follows:
1. You must notify us by email at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order and return the goods to us within 14 days with the completed form included in your package. We can then issue you with a full refund or exchange the item.
An exchange will be sent out free of charge. If we cannot exchange the item, you will be issued with a credit note.
2. All items must be returned to us unworn, undamaged and unwashed with the sale tag still attached. We reserve the right to refuse any item that is contrary to the above and that we deem not to be in a saleable condition.
3. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit so we ask that you please use a tracked delivery service and attach the correct postage to your parcel. Please also enclose the returns form which can be printed here: returns form
4. Return of Faulty or Incorrect Products. Please contact us immediately if your item(s) are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit on their way to you. Under these circumstances we will refund you the cost of the return postage, as well as the goods and your original postage. The item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
