The Howard patchwork blouse is the hero piece of the new Summer collection from Louizon. The colourful patchwork wheels on the sleeves are a really clever touch and lends it so much charm.
This white cotton tunic has a loose fitting style with a wide oval neck and 3/4 length balloon sleeves. It has floral embroidery and lace on the bodice and pretty patchwork on the sleeves.
